ubbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ubbd platform and all its services. By creating an account on ubbd or using the platform, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

"We", "ubbd", or "Platform" refers to ubbd and its operating entities. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on ubbd or is using its services.

These Terms take effect from the date of the most recent update. Previous versions are automatically superseded. ubbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To create an account on ubbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. ubbd may request necessary documents to verify your age at any time. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must create the account in your own name and of your own free will.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Professional players or representatives of sports organizations may not place bets on events in their own category.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. ubbd staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Verification Process

ubbd conducts identity verification (KYC) as required. A national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ubbd is ৳100. Deposits can only be made through the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile wallet service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — Mobile banking service

All deposits are credited to your account instantly. If your balance is not updated, contact the support team with your transaction ID.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes. The account used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ubbd complies with international anti-money laundering guidelines. ubbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious transactions. Documents proving the source of funds may be requested.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled, but the original deposit amount will remain intact.

4.3 VIP Program

The ubbd VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular participation and loyalty to the platform. Additional benefits and special offers apply at each tier.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as using multiple accounts, collaborative betting, or arbitrage — ubbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and temporarily or permanently suspend the account.

5.1 Ensuring Fair Play

ubbd ensures that all games on the platform produce fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined through a technically neutral process.

5.2 Placing and Cancelling Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or statistics are displayed due to a technical error, ubbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the staked amount.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, ubbd will recover the result where applicable or refund the staked amount in full.

ubbd is not responsible for any loss caused by the user's device, internet connection, or power outage.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

ubbd sets a maximum win limit. In certain situations involving unusually large winnings, additional verification may be required.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ubbd:

• Placing bets on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using deliberate betting patterns to exploit bonus terms.
• Playing using software or automated tools (bots).
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Harassing or intimidating other users or ubbd staff.

ubbd believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment only — not a source of income. We are deeply committed to the protection and well-being of our members.

• Do not bet beyond your financial means.
• Avoid placing larger bets to recover losses.

All content on the ubbd platform — logos, brand names, graphics, designs, software code, text, and all media assets — is the intellectual property of ubbd and is protected by applicable law.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are not permitted:

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using ubbd content.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software.
• Using ubbd trademarks or brand elements without authorization.

ubbd provides its services as an entertainment platform. ubbd's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Financial losses from gaming — all bets are placed at the user's own risk.
• Delays caused by third-party technical issues (payment gateways, internet service providers, etc.).
• Theft or misuse of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).

10.1 Changes to Terms

ubbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon request, the ubbd support team will assist you in completing the process. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.3 Account Suspension by ubbd

In the event of a breach of these Terms, ubbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Legitimately earned balances will generally be returned; however, ubbd reserves the right to forfeit any funds obtained through fraud or breach of these Terms.
