Support Related Questions
ubbd offers two support channels. The first is live chat — you can speak with a support agent instantly from any page on the site. The second is email: [email protected] — write in with your details and you'll get full assistance. Both channels are available in Bengali and English.
The ubbd support team is active seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day — whether it's the middle of the night, early morning, a holiday, or a day off. So don't hesitate to reach out via live chat or email ([email protected]) whenever you have an issue.
Yes, the ubbd support team assists in both Bengali and English. This service was built with Bangladeshi players in mind, so feel free to describe your issue or question in Bengali — it makes communication easier.
A support agent can help you faster if you have a few things ready in advance: your account username or registered email, a brief description of the issue, and if it's a payment-related problem, the transaction ID or date. Having these on hand significantly reduces resolution time.
Absolutely. ubbd's live chat works fully in a mobile browser. You can open the site from any Android or iOS device and start a live chat right away. Email ([email protected]) can also be sent from mobile.
Live Casino
Live Dealer Games
Yes, ubbd's live casino section is fully optimized for mobile. Open the site in your smartphone's browser and live roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and other table games run smoothly. You can enjoy a clear video stream on mobile without downloading a separate app.
Roulette is a wheel-based game with numbered slots from 0 to 36. The dealer spins the wheel and a small ball lands in one of the slots. You place bets on which number, which color (red/black), or whether the number will be odd or even. If your prediction is correct, your winnings are added to your account based on the odds of your bet.
Teen Patti is a popular three-card game from South Asia. Each player receives three cards and the one with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler — a middle card is placed face up, then cards are dealt one by one to two sides (inside and outside); you bet on which side will receive a card of the same value first.
In live dealer games, a trained human dealer runs the game from a studio or a real casino. That session is captured by high-definition cameras and streamed directly to your screen, giving you the feel of a real casino from home.
Each live table has its own betting limits. Generally there are tables with lower minimums for players on a smaller budget and tables with higher limits for more experienced players. The limits are clearly displayed next to each table in the game lobby, so you can check before joining.
Payment
Cash Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount at ubbd is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed. Make sure your balance is at least ৳500 before submitting a withdrawal.
Under normal circumstances, an approved withdrawal reaches your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. If your account is verified and your details are correct, the process will be faster.
Common reasons for a pending withdrawal include: account verification not yet complete, a mismatch in the wallet number, or normal processing delays during high-traffic periods. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 45 minutes, contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] with your transaction ID.
You can withdraw from ubbd to four mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet), and Upay. You must use a wallet number registered in your own name when making a withdrawal.
No. For security reasons, withdrawals are only sent to a wallet registered in the player's own name. Sending payments to a third party's number is not possible and is against the rules. Make sure your account details and wallet number are under the same name.
Promotions
Bonuses & Offers
ubbd offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Deposit ৳22,000 and you receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳42,000. To claim the bonus, keep the offer active at the time of your first deposit.
No. The welcome bonus applies only once per player — it is available on the first deposit only. Attempting to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of the rules.
The wagering requirement is 20x — applied only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets. Once that total wagering is completed, any winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Slot games generally contribute most effectively toward wagering. Live dealer and table games also contribute in many cases, but the contribution rate may differ. For full details on which games contribute and by how much, check ubbd's bonus terms and conditions or ask the support team.
Yes, bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time, the bonus balance may expire. Check the expiry information right after claiming a bonus and plan accordingly.

Questions About Slots
RTP stands for Return to Player — the average percentage of total bets a game returns to players over the long run. It is a theoretical figure that works as an average across thousands of rounds; each spin can produce a different result.
If your budget is limited, choose slots with a lower minimum bet so you can play more rounds. Check the slot's volatility — low-volatility games give smaller but more frequent wins, while high-volatility games can deliver bigger wins but less often. Try the demo mode first to get a feel for it.
Free spins are a bonus feature where you get extra spins without deducting from your own balance. Many slots trigger free spins through a specific combination of symbols. Winnings from free spins are generally added as bonus balance and can be withdrawn subject to completing the wagering requirement.
Many slot games have a demo or trial mode where you can play with virtual coins to understand the game's features and flow. No real money is spent. However, winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn — it is only useful for learning.
ubbd features games from multiple top providers, including notable names such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and many more. You can find a wide range of popular titles including PG Soft's Fortune Tiger and Mahjong Ways, Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, and JILI's Fortune Gems.
